Crowder Public Schools is seeking an experienced and student-focused High School Principal for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader committed to fostering academic excellence, student achievement, and a positive school culture. This position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to support both students and staff in a collaborative learning environment. The principal will oversee curriculum development, student discipline, school operations, and community engagement while ensuring a safe and productive educational experience for all.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification: Valid Oklahoma Administrative Certificate (or eligibility to obtain).

📝 Requirements:

All paraprofessionals must have a high school diploma or GED and fulfill one of the following criteria:

  • Completed two years of study at an institution of higher education (minimum of 48 semester hours), or
  • Earned an associate's degree (or higher).
  • Achieved a passing score on an approved assessment, such as:
  • ACT WorkKeys Assessment (scoring a Bronze level or higher), or
  • ParaPro Assessment (minimum score of 455).
